Every first weekend we have cookery lessons. This is an opportunity to get more ideas on the variety of meals that suit different occasions and how to present them.

 

 

 

Excursions

We often have excursions on the first Sunday of the month. We travel to various places in our beautiful country Kenya. This cultivates your spirit of adventure and is an opportunity to get some fresh air and relax. On some days a good hike will give you that much desired workout.

 

 

 

 

 

Visit to the poor and the sick

On the 2^nd weekend of the month we visit either the poor or the sick. We take to them the little we have: either used clothes in good condition or food stuffs and basic amenities donated by the participants. The most important gift we give to the poor and the sick is our time, a listening ear and encouragement. This helps us to forget ourselves for a little while and be conscious of the needs of those around us.

 

 

Professional Talks

Experienced professionals give talks sharing their experiences. This gives those in attendance an edge over their peers when they enter their different professional fields.

This is the club for the Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy & Public Health students.

Come and interact with people in your field. Get a better understanding for the Ethics involved in medicine.

For lovers of novels, literature students. This is the club for the thinkers and lovers of imagination who are looking for ways to grow in culture. Let us travel the world with our imagination!

 (History Philosophy, Anthropology) students than the
